Patrick Kabongo

Patrik is a Canadian rapper, songwriter since 2012 and co-founder of X10 alongside Troy Harmon.

Patrik’s shortlist of singles, Entitled (2017), Diamonds (2018), Not For Profit (2019, which listed on ITunes Top 200 in Netherlands) gained recognition from BBC Radio 2, Complex Canada, Hotnewhiphop, Earmilk, Elevator, Flow 93.5. Sirius XM Canada and High End (2020) which featured as the main soundtrack to Tik-Tok Canada’s #ItStartswithTikTok Nation Wide Campaign (aired live on television during the NBA Finals & The 2020 Billboard Awards.) 

As a songwriter he is focusing on artist development and consultation, while progressing the company’s branding and direction both artistically and ethically.

Troy Harmon-Porter

Troy Harmon-Porter Co-founded the X10 Collective in 2010 with the artist Patrik Kabongo & Sean Thomas.

In his Role as Chief Operating Officer & General Manager, Troy Has brokered partnership deals with G-Star Raw (Toronto) and New Era, features on YTV and the Complex Canada website and a distribution deal with Coalition Music. Under his leadership X10 Artists have been selected for RBC First Up and Jim Bean’s Make the history talent showcase. Patrik’s recent song Not for profit charted in the Netherlands.

Troy has worked with many top-level executives and is a passionate about building upcoming Canadian talent, as exemplified with his work as a juror on Factor Canada.

Sean Andre Thomas

Sean Andre Thomas, also known by Gold, is a Canadian-Jamaican Artist, Entrepreneur, and a music executive from Toronto, Ontario. He is known for being a co-owner of the independent record label X10 Entertainment Inc. Sean is an intuitive creative, who works closely with artists to assess and assist with the developmental process.

Remi Okoli

Remi Okoli (born April 6th, 1993), Canadian Artist Manager from Umeze Nigeria, who immigrated to Alberta with his family at the age of five, he lived in Edmonton shortly before moving to Calgary at the age of seven. His professional resume includes working at Ireland+Hall Communications as a Communications Coordinator, previous head of promotions at Confidential Records, Music Marketing intern at eOne Music & currently is the head of PR & Marketing at X10 Entertainment. Remi Okoli co-manages the career of Canadian recording artist Patrik along with Troy Harmon, Sean Thomas as well as Arash Maleki and as of recent Remi has began managing the career of 19-year-old Victory. Remi started his career in music at the age of 16 when he first started selling tickets for Calgary high school events run by Union City & DJ JayVibez, he later went on to shortly attend The Art Institute of Vancouver for their recording arts program, not long after arriving in Vancouver, he discovered that audio recording wasn’t in his future and moved back to Calgary. Remi later went on to attend Harris Institute for the Arts where he not only thrived in the Arts Management program but was discovered by the head of  X10 Entertainment Troy Harmon. Remi went on to graduate with honors and later accepted into the legendary Remix Project program in Toronto. Remi has worked with eOne Music A&R Terry T Nyce Opoku, JukeBox Events/Ticketing, XX Records, Hip Hop Canada, 6ixbuzz & is someone known in the Canadian Music Industry as an upcoming A&R to watch for.  

Content director / Services Strategist

Arash Maleki

Arash Maleki is a video producer, web developer, content director & service strategist.

Stemming from a background in psychology and business administration, he has incorporated a humanist approach to content production and client services strategies. With his video agency, Beso TV (2012),  Arash has produced hundreds of videos for national and international brands such as: Pfizer, Bombardier, Montreal Canadians & Alouettes, BFL Canada, Gowlings, Prével, Royal Bank of Canada, Jack Victor, the Canadian Olympic Committee and many more. 

In 2017 with much excitement, Arash  joined the X10 Entertainment group, producing and directing ‘’Entitled, Diamonds, NFP, and High End. More recently Arash has stepped into the role of content director and artist services strategist, developing and implementing advanced solutions for artists.
